Kipling monkey names

Some people love them and others can't wait to take the furry monkey key rings off the bags as soon as they get them home! But whatever your preference you might be interested in how the furry Kipling monkey key rings that come with their bags are named? Well the answer is that Kipling name them after their members of staff. I’ve no idea who gets to pick them, or if those whose name is chosen get a free bag or a day off work (!), but each time Kipling add a new colour to their collection a new furry monkey is born!

Not all the collections Kipling produce have the furry monkey key ring. They come with bags and luggage from the Basic and Vintage collections, but some other collections, such as City or New Horizons, have plastic or metal monkey key rings

So if you love Kipling bags and want to try and match your name with a monkey just check out the list we’ve compiled below. We’ll keep the list updated as the new colours hit the shelves and also dig around and try and find the names of the older colours... Most of these names are based on the small sized monkeys (this is the size that come attached to most Kipling handbags), unless stated otherwise (e.g. xs or m).
